Lightvera Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

Lightvera is committed to providing high-quality lighting products. Warranty periods vary depending on the material and product type.

Marble Lamps

We offer a 2-year warranty on the entire lamp from the date of purchase.

Due to the natural characteristics of marble, we provide lifetime maintenance consultation services, provided the damage is not caused by human factors.

Crystal Lamps

The entire lamp is covered by a 2-year warranty.

If crystal components crack, loosen, or fall off due to manufacturing defects, we will replace them within 2 years.

Metal Lamps

The main metal frame is covered by a 2-year warranty, covering deformation or welding problems caused by material or manufacturing defects.

2. Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, Lightvera will provide free repair or replacement services for product malfunctions caused by material defects or manufacturing problems, including but not limited to:

Light fixtures failing to power on

Flickering lights or electrical malfunctions

Parts falling off due to manufacturing defects

Structural problems due to production issues

If replacement parts are required, we will provide them free of charge, and our support team will coordinate the shipping arrangements.

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification

Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or attempted repairs

Damage caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, fire, floods, or lightning strikes

Product malfunctions after the warranty period

Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or surface aging that do not affect the basic function of the light fixture

Natural differences in materials, such as variations in marble texture or color

Minor imperfections in handcrafted products

4. Warranty Certificate

When applying for warranty service, please retain your invoice, order confirmation, or purchase record as proof of purchase.

If you cannot provide valid proof of purchase, the warranty period will begin from the product manufacturing date.

5. Warranty Process

Our support team will review your request and determine if the problem is covered under warranty. Our customer service representative will respond within 12 hours and communicate with you in detail.

If the problem is covered under warranty, we will arrange repair service or replacement of parts.

If the product needs to be returned, we will provide detailed packaging and return instructions.

Upon receipt of the faulty product:

Inspection and repair will typically be completed within 15 business days.

If parts or the product needs to be replaced, it will typically be processed within 30 business days after confirmation.

Please note: Replacement products are not brand new. If all other parts of the light fixture (such as crystals, screws, bulbs, etc.) are intact, we will only send the faulty part. While waiting for the replacement part, please ensure your light fixture is properly stored and handled. Damage caused by improper user operation or natural disasters is not covered under this warranty.
