Warranty Policy
1. Warranty period
Marble lamp: From the date of purchase, we provide a 1-year warranty service for the whole machine. Due to the natural characteristics of the marble material, you can enjoy lifelong maintenance consulting services if it is not damaged by human factors; the electrical components are guaranteed for 1 year.
Crystal lamp: The whole machine is guaranteed for 1 year. If the crystal parts are cracked or fall off due to production process problems, they will be repaired or replaced free of charge within 1 year; the matching electrical components are guaranteed for 1 year.
Metal lamp: The main metal frame is guaranteed for 2 years to prevent deformation and desoldering due to material or process problems; the electrical components are guaranteed for 1 year.
2. Warranty scope
During the warranty period, Lightvera will provide free repair or replacement services for failures caused by product material defects and production process problems, such as the lamp cannot be powered on normally, the light flickers, and parts fall off.
3. Non-warranty scope
Damage caused by improper installation, use, or self-disassembly and modification of lamps by users.
Damage to lamps caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, fires, lightning strikes, etc.).
Product failure beyond the warranty period.
Minor wear and tear, scratches, etc. during normal use that do not affect the basic functions of the lamp.
IV. Warranty Certificate
Please keep the invoice, order screenshots and other valid certificates when purchasing the lamp properly as the basis for enjoying the warranty service. If you cannot provide valid certificates, the lamp production date will be used as the warranty start date.
V. Warranty Process
When the lamp fails, please contact us through the customer service hotline (341) 465-4731], official email brooks.bryant@email.com or online customer service channels, describe the failure in detail, and provide the product model, purchase certificate and relevant photos.
If it is initially determined that it is within the warranty scope, we will arrange for mail-in repair or on-site repair service for you (supported in some areas). If you need to mail it back, we will provide detailed address and packaging instructions to ensure the safe transportation of the lamp.
After receiving the faulty lamp, we will complete the inspection and repair within 15 working days and return it to you in time; if you need to replace accessories or products, we will complete it within 30 working days after confirmation.
